Shipping

Shipping is made from our warehouse in Poland. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment, if the item is in stock. For pre-order items, production and processing may take up to 10 business days. The delivery times indicated are approximate and may vary. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to public holidays, logistics conditions, or force majeure circumstances.

Refund 

You can return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it.

To start a return, just email us at support@liaoutfit.com with:
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for the return

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except if the item is defective.

Return Conditions

To accept a return, please make sure:
• The item is in the same condition as when you received it: with tags attached, no signs of wear, and no foreign smells.
• The item is carefully packed in a protective box or similar packaging to keep it safe during transport.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and check the item. If all conditions are met, the refund will be sent to the same card used for payment. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank.

Please note: Items that were customized or altered upon customer request cannot be returned.
